Data Deletion Instructions

Vellure AI offers a Facebook app for integrating your Facebook Pages and Messenger with our AI services. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Meta's Platform Terms, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and any data associated with your Facebook account from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to remove your activity and data from Vellure AI, you can do so by following the instructions below:

Option 1: Remove via Facebook Settings (Recommended)

You can remove the Vellure AI app from your Facebook account, which will automatically revoke our access to your data.

1. Go to your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In the left sidebar, click on Apps and Websites.
4. Find Vellure AI in the list of active apps and click Remove.
5. Confirm the removal. Once removed, we will be notified and will proceed to delete your associated data within our retention window.

Option 2: Direct Request to Vellure AI

If you prefer, you can submit a manual request to have all your data deleted from our servers immediately.

1. Send an email to support@vellure.ai from the email address associated with your Vellure AI account.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".
3. Include your full name and the URL of the Facebook Page(s) you had connected.
4. Our support team will process your request and permanently delete your account data, chat transcripts, and personally identifiable information within 7 business days. We will notify you once the deletion is complete.

What data gets deleted?

When a deletion request is processed, we delete:

• Your account profile (Name, Email).
• Your connected Facebook Page access tokens.
• All saved Messenger chat transcripts processed by our AI.
• Any custom instructions or AI training prompts you have configured.

Note: We may retain certain billing or transactional records solely for tax and legal compliance purposes as required by law.
